[FSPA] Crabtowne tournament: bushel bash 8-21-21

The Crabtowne Pinball Club is proud to host Bushel Bash 2021!  (Formerly summer slam). The summer edition of our BIG semi-annual tournaments!




Format will be unchanged from prior events.  4 strike head to head with PAPA style finals for the top 8 remaining players.




IFPA SANCTIONED!  That’s right, points are back, baby!  The WPPRs for this one are HUGE, so if you're in the hunt for the Maryland State Championship, Bushel Bash is not to be missed!!




Attendance is capped at 80 players.  PLEASE RSVP TO THE LINK PROVIDED TO CLAIM YOUR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT!

Cost is $21 per player.  $20 goes to the prize pool, $1 goes to IFPA dues.  Total prize pool of $1600, if we hit 80 players.  Top 8 get paid.  Pay cash when you arrive on the 21st.




35 pins, plus 3 more surprise pins added in for a total of 38 pins!  Surprise pins will be announced prior in the Facebook event as we approach the tournament date.

Our knockout bounty is on ELLIOTT KEITH!  Whoever hands Elliott his fourth strike prior to finals wins the progressive jackpot. 




IF Elliott makes it to the final 8, HE wins the progressive jackpot*




*IF Elliott gets into a tiebreaker scenario for top 8, and loses the tiebreaker, the progressive jackpot is SPLIT between Elliott and the victor.




WHAT THE HELL IS A PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT?  I am hoping to have the 3 extra pins at crabtowne by Tuesday before the tournament.  These games will be set at 50 cents per play.  All money inserted in these 3 games become part of the jackpot.  The more they’re played, the bigger the jackpot.  Whoever wins the knockout bounty gets ALL the money in the cash boxes FROM ALL 3 GAMES.  That’s right... winner gets all the money dumped into a crab bushel.  JACKPOT!
