[FSPA] Mustang Sally call for players!

Love the "drop two lowest weeks instead of preplays"!  thanks for
trying out this alternate approach, Edan!

Out of curiosity, what's the reason for no machine giveaway tickets?  Is it
because there are so few leagues to fund it this year?  That would make
sense.
