[FSPA] FSPA: MOM's Organic Pinball Results for 10/13/2021 (Meet #4)

My forfeits are still forfeits for the purposes of scoring and ladder
movement, but they're non-countable forfeits, meaning they don't count
against me as far as forfeiture of the season goes. These are alluded to in
the rules but not explicitly mentioned, but they're a tool SLOs can use
when a player has to miss league for a *big* out of their control reason,
e.g. a religious holiday or (as in my case) an illness or death in the
family.

To continue using myself as an example, I will be out next week for the
same reason so I'll get NC-forfeits for that as well. On the other hand,
I'll also be out Week 10 for a planned vacation, but since that's just a
"normal" absence it will incur plain old forfeits.

I did have a pretty serious debate with myself as to whether I should just
drop myself from the league and save everybody the trouble of dealing with
an empty slot for two weeks and the inevitable round of Effective Points
emails that will no doubt ensue. ^_^;  I'm still not certain I made the
correct decision, but here we are. I expect to be back on the 27th, but if
I'm not going to be I will most likely drop myself when I know for sure.
It's certainly a lower priority decision compared to the major life events
that are swirling around me, but it's a decision I take seriously
nonetheless.
