[FSPA] Spinners Fall League

We will be starting up the league this Thursday *September 16th for Week 0*.
We need to then skip September 23rd as we have a private event that night
but then *Week 1 will be September 30th. *


*We will start at 8pm Thursdays at Spinners, discounted $5 entry fee for
league members.*

Tentative plans are to have a drop-2 week rule, and be prioritizing
4-player groups.
