[FSPA] FSPA Fall Season Is Here!

Has there been any official rules set to what happens in the case of forfeits beyond the two weeks that are dropped? At what point are people dropped from the league? It looked like Edan was adapting some solid guidelines for his league but nothing has been said otherwise.
