[FSPA] Experimental High Score League Results for 04/27/2022 (Meet #1)

I'm a little afraid to say this, but one concern I have with how this works
is that people who always play together might continue to play together and
other people may feel a bit left out. I guess if there's enough outgoing
people who will ask lots of others to play than this would not be a
problem, but it could be an issue? I don't know. You tell me.
