[FSPA] Ocelot off week - Feb 14

Remember that this week is an off week for the Ocelot league.  We'll
continue with week 3 on Monday Feb 21 - I hear that we may have a new game
for week 3!

I plan to be there early (around 6:30pm) this week (in spite of the off
week) and if there is interest, I'll run some mini (single game)
tournaments on some of the games - best score on a game with $1 entry and
winner takes all.  Let me know if you are interested.
