[FSPA] MSB Tuesday frenzy cancelled for 1/4/2022

We're cancelling this Tuesday's (1/4/2022) Frenzy tournament at Mustang Sally Brewery - give everyone a chance to heal from all the illnesses going around.

We still plan on holding the next Frenzy on 1/11/2022.
