[FSPA] Reminder, Lost Rhino week 0 is tonight at 7:30pm

This is a friendly reminder that our league's "week 0" begins tonight at
7:30pm.

This is an unofficial week that is optional and does not count for any
points this season. This is mostly for players to socialize and get a feel
for the games and locations prior to the start of the season.
