[FSPA] Pinball Club/Shop shared lease, Baltimore County area

Hi fellow pinheads,

I am considering leasing some space dedicated for pinball with a shop area used for maintenance and restoration. I haven't played FSPA since Volley Ball House but still own and restore pins.

Email me directly (mike-long33 at hotmail.com) if you might be interested sharing space and expenses for this kind of endeavor. I am shooting for $1 per sq. ft. per month (or less) divided by the number of members. Right now, everything is TBD.
