[FSPA] Spinners Tournaments

Same here..  I would definitely be interested.  I've never done any
tournaments like this and have been curious to see how they work, but
haven't made it to MOMs for any of them..  Also couldn't commit to every
week, but would hopefully be a "regular"..
I have a friend I'm trying to get hooked on pinball, and he has joined me
for the shortened "test league" at Moms, and has enjoyed it but I'm not
sure he's ready to commit to a full 10 week league.  A tournament like this
might be a good opportunity for people like that to get involved
occasionally without an ongoing commitment to multiple weeks.
