[FSPA] Spinners Tournaments

Oh yeah.. and to answer your question directly..  Mondays are awesome.  I
dont know how long these events take, so no real opinion on start time. I
know it's a delicate balance between late enough so people can get there
from work, without staying so late on a worknight!
