[FSPA] Lost Rhino League information for 2/15/2023

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to give people a heads up that Lost Rhino is hosting an event
tomorrow and parking may be a little harder than normal. We have the table
in the pinball room reserved so we shouldn't have any issues with league
night but you all might want to come a little earlier than normal to give
time to park.
