[FSPA] Mustang Sally start time is now 7:30pm

Due to many requests, the Mustang Sally league start time has been
officially moved up from 8pm to 7:30pm.

The calendar and website has been updated to reflect this change.  If this
new start time affects your ability to participate in this league, please
contact me directly and we will do what we can to accommodate within
reason.  edan at fspazone.org

I will send out a reminder next week.  Just know that the official start
time is now 7:30pm.
