[FSPA] Looking to hire an arcade game tech

Hi,

I'm not sure if this appropriate to ask being that this is a pinball 
list, but if anyone also works on arcade games, is available for hire 
and does house calls, I have a friend in Reston who needs some help. He 
has a Williams cabinet with a Williams/WSYSFPGA Multigame JAMMA PCB and 
Robotron cabinet to JAMMA PCB adapter and is having monitor synch 
issues. He already installed a cap kit, but who knows perhaps that's 
part of the problem. If you can help or know anyone else that can, 
please let me know.
