[FSPA] Pinburgh 2024

On the waitlist... there was a problem with my form submission which
delayed me. Hoping they publish the waitlist soon so I can see if I'm
likely to get in.

I much preferred the old way, where you just clicked on "get me a ticket"
and if there was one there you got it. Filling out the form and hitting
submit when the clock was running was not cool.
