I'll note that anyone is free to spin up another league any time they
want.  If you want to try the old, non-sanctioned, ladder FSPA format for a
casual no-WPPRs league, go ahead.

There's been a long-standing belief that non-sanctioned events are DOA
because they don't offer points, it would be very interesting to see that
proven (or not).
