[FSPA] Pokemon launch party at Bunnyman (03/27 at 6:30)

Slight correction/update:  The event begins at 7pm, registration starts at
6:30, and the entry fee is $5.  (The operators will cover the ifpa fee)

This will be a 3 strike knockout event.
