[FSPA] Cross-platform configuration tool for LED OCD

Unfortunately it’s been radio silence from Comet Pinball on getting hold of the GI OCD configuration software source code, but anyway here’s a not quite ideal demonstration of my version of the LED OCD configuration software written in Python. The main benefit is you can run it natively on almost anything, but I also tried to make some improvements to the original tool. Unfortunately I didn’t quite demonstrate the effect of adjusting the brightness of the Getaway Jackpot light that well as for whatever reason the effect doesn’t show up that well on the video. You’ll just have to trust me on that. The rest is a decent demo of the tool and what you can do with it, including doing utter nonsense if you want.

I consider this tool done at this point. I need to figure out the best way to package it up and distribute it. Hopefully others will find it useful.
