                                    believe the coils in Whitewater run
                                    on 20 to 80 volts. The power supply
                                    will store that voltage in
                                    capacitors and it will be present at
                                    the coil terminals for a time after
                                    the game is powered off. It should
                                    bleed off after a while. <br>
