<div><br></div><div>That place got me through my divorce...I was newly separated, needing something to do to keep me occupied that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. I remember saving up quarters all week to get at least enough to pay my dues and play my 4 games, back when I was eating Top Ramen for 2-3 meals a day (was very poor those first separated months). <br><br>Made some amazing friends there, found a new favorite hobby, got to bond with my step-son, and so much more. I was (as usual) the first one there and after I played all the practice bank games wanted to play the others. It was explained to me what to do and I finished my first ticket. I was in first place! Then someone else played and I was in 2nd. And so on and so on……. End of the day I was dead last and they had talked me into joining league. VBH was our oldest league location, with 20 years of continuous play, so it's especially sad to see it shut down. And although I'm pretty sure they're not on this mailing list, huge thanks also to the owners and staff of VBH itself, who were always very gracious hosting us at their facility.<br clear="none" class="yiv2484887075">
