We had that problem with Stingray when it was at VBH. Special must be set for extra ball. Just need to figure out which dip switch to change in the back box to correct that.

My preference would be to have extra balls disabled during league and <br>
tournament play. At least you would get some points for your efforts <br>
instead of a free plunge and player confusion (sorry Mollie.)<br>
