The current system does this and handles all the edge cases "reasonably". It may not always work the way you're expecting, but it should be following the documented rules and accomplishing the overall "priority #1" and "priority #2" goals.</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"></div></div><br class=""></div></body></html>
