[Gaming] Move to Slack?

I don't think we need to move the list, but casual discussions are easier
on Slack (or discord, or hipchat, etc). But more users are still on email
and I don't know if everyone would switch, or if they'd use Slack as much
as email.
I suggest we use both. Slack can be used to hash out details before sending
an official invite, and email can be used for invites, announcements,
post-game reports, and other formal communications
