[FSPA] Screw sheared in post fix?

With small screws it is sometimes possible to get them out with a pencil
eraser pressed firmly against it. However, that really only works when you
can put a LOT of pressure against the screw, and if that post isn't stable
it may not work. Otherwise, the tools that Russ spoke of are the usual
method of dealing with headless screws.
It does look like that entire post might be replaceable, though, which
might end up being less effort overall.
