[FSPA] FSPA Zone Slack Channel

[Matt Wycoff]

I chose slack because I'm already using it for the pindev group with daneesi and Gerry Stellenberg.  Besides we already have some FSPA slack adopters.  Think of all the really important stuff you're missing out on!  Oh the FOMO..
