fuss is all players do...

the forfeits really cause issues when a player gets the bonus fspa
points and then drops from the group when the forfeiting
player pulls in enough grouping points to remain or go up.

Hence the player with the fspa points has a larger ladder and will end
up in a lower division, while the player without the fspa points
gets a smaller ladder and a higher division

The auto divisioning has always been sketchy at best.
