[FSPA] VUK playoffs this Sunday 8/27!

It *can* have an impact, yes, but in practice it's almost never going to
happen.  You'd need to have the affected players tied on points at the
right moment (uncommon) AND have the exact same head-to-head record, and
have at least one of the affected players have a forfeit that materially
changed their ladder ranking (a forfeit that doesn't change the ladder
outcome is effectively ignored, and a week-forfeit that keeps the player
in-group is at most a single ladder point).

I think we're making a bit too much fuss about forfeits.  I'm not sure they
actually affect much in the end, though I'm curious if anyone has examples
where they did.
