[FSPA] TourneyGuru signups

the beauty of TourneyGuru is in the simplicity -- "avoid this shot, it's a
drainer" or "backhand the left ramp for points".  if you're unfamiliar with
a game, it's not useful to read about how to stack 7 modes on top of each
other and what to do during the wizard mode.
