[FSPA] What's wrong with the GB @ MM?

Its  in the hands of Stern, who is delaying beyond reason, i am at their mercy.  I dotn want to say what the issues are until i know what the outcome is.  it is pissing me off big time how horrible of a company they are when it comes to customer service and quality control.
