[FSPA] What's wrong with the GB @ MM?

Can't you swap out a working machine for that dead Ghostbusters?  Why should the league have only five machines in the lineup when we could have six?  It feels like we are dead last on the priority list when there is a dead machine sitting there week after week after week.
