[FSPA] Naming of FSPA Sterling location & Web Expertise needed

Just Silverball Sanctum (or The Silverball Sanctum) is cool, and reminds
me of the Sanctum in The Shadow pinball. Also, Lloyd Olson has been
running SS Billiards in Minnesota for decades with no apparent
repercussions, so having SS as an abbreviation shouldn't be an issue.
You could always abbreviate to SBS if you wanted to. And Roland, if you
name it Silverball Sanctum, perhaps you could put a Shadow pin in there!
