[FSPA] Ashburn/sterling league

As of now, we do not have a new location in the Ashburn/Sterling area. I
think it is best to consider signing up to another fspa location this
season. Redzone should be the closest to most MM players, there is also VUK
on Sundays at 5pm in Bethesda.
