[FSPA] Ashburn/sterling league

The location is difficult for me because I'm looking at it affecting my normal weekend and Monday work schedules to accommodate an additional drive.  A Monday night "refugee" league at RZ would probably work for me if it started an hour later but I don't think I could do RZ on a Monday at the regular MM time.
