[FSPA] FSPA: VÜK Results for 09/25/2017 (Meet #2)

I should also point out that the date for the league results on this email
are wrong… it says 9/25 even though we played on the 24th (and I submitted
the results on the 24th… o_O ). Further inspection revealed that week 1 was
incorrectly dated as well. I corrected both of them, and the accurate dates
should now show up on the web site.
