Video mode is the only real strategy if you want to a 75% chance to win.
It's not automatic though either.  Don't hate the playa, hate the game.  I
hate GB and will video mode every time.  Horrible game.

But seriously, that's the way the game is designed currently.  If you can't
get more points in modes, then why would you try and play modes?  If you
can, more power to you, it's your choice how you want to play a game.
Personally the way it drains SDTM, flippers are too wide, and little side
rails causing balls to jump into out lanes; players should be able to
utilize the game's features to maximize their points.  Playing modes with
the draininess of that game is asking for little points, but if you want a
small % chance for really big points (that aren't even really needed in that
game otherwise we wouldn't be talking about two video modes winning games),
then take a chance and go for modes and MB.  You want 80-120 million points
with a higher % chance to win a game then go for video mode; that should be
a player's prerogative.
