[FSPA] Pinburgh food alternative: Local Ukranian Festival

There's a nice little local Ukrainian food festival happening in McKee's
Rocks in the evenings (starting at 5pm). This is approximately a 10-15
minute drive from downtown.

If you're in town Wednesday night and looking for some non-pinball culture
and fantastic ethnic food, I recommend it.
