[FSPA] Ghostbuster Proposal--CarPool

Stephanie — possibly the only person in the world who loves this game —
maintains that a playfield multiplier strategy can beat a video mode skill
shot strategy every time. I tested it out under her tutelage at the league
party and was pretty successful… and I actually enjoyed playing the game
while doing it, which surprised me.

Maybe we just need to send her around to all the leagues with GB to give
VMARE classes (Video Mode Abuse Resistance Education).
