[FSPA] Ghostbuster Proposal--CarPool

I think I was player 3 in that game...

Initially it did seem like a good idea but we played 3 or 4 games in a row
and none of us chose video mode and we all did better than a 3x video skill
shot game.  If the only strategy you have is to go for video mode then go
for it.  Loser. :)

Game conditions change all the time though so the skillshot plunge you
played last time might not work the next time...  Stern has alleged they
will release a code update this summer so I wouldn't be surprised if video
mode scoring is addressed (along with the missing stuff).

As far as Tron vs Ghostbusters goes, GB always gets more plays than Tron.
