[FSPA] Ghostbuster Proposal--CarPool

Our GB isn't easy to make off the plunge, but the game code gives you a
million chances to make the skill shot even if you screw up the plunge.
last night i only made it off the actual plunge once, but still managed
flail or catch my way into the video mode skillshot 3 times.  i demolished
the 3 other three players in my group, and i barely did anything other than
video mode.  :/
