[FSPA] Ghostbuster Proposal--CarPool

No code change is going to make the game consistently fun for me.... 
The machine it's self is brutal and I have no interest in dumping money 
into it (especially $1 a shot) for a game that has the likelihood of 
lasting shorter than any other machine choice I have.
