[FSPA] FSPA: CarPool Results for 10/09/2018 (Meet #4)

Mario,

Ask for a ruling, explain the behavior and make sure a league officer
explains why they made the ruling they made.  If the league officer is
playing in your group the decision will be made by another officer(we have
plenty on the location, Bob, me, Edan Joe).  And please be nice(in
email)and use respectful language with Bob or any fspa player or guests!
