Yeah that is more recent as their original plans were the third floor.  Will be interesting to see what happens with updated plans and pinball.

Unless things changed in the last week or two, that's not 100% accurate.

The plans were originally to create a 3rd floor / rooftop situation. However, their permits were denied for an additional floor (so the elevator they installed makes less sense) - so the "Bleacher Section" on the second floor will be the new location of the red room for the time being at least.

This update came to me from a long-time bartender 2 or 3 weeks ago. It's possible that a miracle happened since then and the third floor is now a good time again.

I am a regular there, and I'd love for the 3rd floor plans to be back underway.

Not sure about losing pinball.  They’re adding a third floor where those items will likely reside, and in the interim I believe the pins will be on main floor (second floor).  They might not have as many though, not sure yet on their overall plans.

Mostly, it is about the change in the neighborhood, and the closing of the Red Room, which I suppose leads to a loss of pinball.
