[FSPA] Spinners preplays

Yeah, I've been out of town for a couple of weeks so have not had a chance
to check out any games. That's the list that was selected based on what we
were told either was ready or should be ready by Week 1. If any games are
substantially not playable Thursday they will not be used. Playfield lights
probably aren't critical for eligibility but non functional ramp and non
set up game probably would be. :) That said, we're looking at what the
status would be at game time on Thursday, so I'd play whatever you can from
the published list regardless of the shape that its in now.
