[FSPA] Pinball three wheel casters

I like the harbor freight cart, it did okay on vinyl.. doesn’t move easily
on carpet, and ended up damaging our “engineered” hardwood.. so it all
depends on the situation I guess. Bang for the buck, multi application, and
less risk of damage.. I still say the sliders..
