[FSPA] Ocelot Bar Staff Donations

Thanks to everyone who donated their dues and more to the Ocelot bar
staff.  Today we provided them with an envelope with $700 inside.  They
were extremely appreciative and extended their sincere gratitude to those
who paid it forward.

Thanks for supporting the staff at our location..
