[FSPA] Fairfax Pinball Update

The regs are open to some level of interpretation.  Pool is a multiplayer
game.  Pinball can be a solo or multiplayer game.  Pinball equipment may be
considered for single use(not shared equipment).  If I play on location it
will be a single player game until we are allowed to play multiplayer...

The state is attempting to protect those that are unable to protect
themselves I guess.
