[FSPA] Silverball Sanctum (Lost Rhino) Fall 2020 season suspended

Once again the Silverball Sanctum and the other FSPA leagues will be
suspended for this season.  I am crossing my fingers for restarting in
Spring 2021.

For the Silverball Sanctum players who would like me to refund their dues,
please contact me directly at edan at fspazone.org, so we can make
arrangements.  Otherwise, your dues will be credited for the next season.
