[FSPA] Preplays are better

How about the ones that arrive another 2 minutes past that? And then
another 2 minutes? Etc. when do you cut it off? At some point there’s a
cutoff. Set the time as appropriately as possible. You could say check in
time is 7:15, but you can arrive as late as 7:25, but then why not just say
check in time is 7:25?
