[FSPA] Android Slack App

So I took the screen shot that I attached as I was typing without 
reading it.... it's different than the one I received before and this 
one is more helpful by actually saying it's my version of Android 
instead of just saying I need "an update".

I have no reason or desire to upgrade my phone so anyone who usually 
chats with me on FSPA Slack, this is notice that I won't be there anymore.
